The grounding label is combined\nworst-case across inputs, so a decision resting on an\nunverified external fact is downgraded to abstention rather\nthan asserted with false confidence. A manifest-native tail\ncloses an analytics pipeline by deciding directly from an\nupstream member's inference result, and a grade-band loss\nprices quality-threshold ('protein-band') payoffs as a\nfirst-class step value schedule. Reference decisions cover\nbounded input-rate selection and constraint-capped position\nsizing.",
